4. Contact by email or via the enquiry form

When you contact us by email or via the form, we process the data you submit (name, email address, desired travel dates, preferred apartment, party size, message) solely to answer your enquiry and prepare the rental agreement.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Data is deleted once the enquiry is closed, subject to legal retention obligations (typically 6 to 10 years after contract conclusion for accounting and tax purposes).

5. Cookies and local storage

The site uses technically necessary values stored in your browser's Local Storage (language preference, consent decision, dismissal of info banners). These values remain on your device and are not transmitted to us.

On your first visit, a banner informs you about the use of these technically necessary values. No tracking or advertising cookies are used, no anonymous profile and no audience measurement is created. You can reset your settings at any time by clearing your browser's Local Storage for this site.

6. Audience measurement

No analytics or tracking tool is currently embedded on this site. Neither statistical analysis of browsing behaviour nor pseudonymised or personal profiling takes place.

7. External fonts (Google Fonts)

The site loads the fonts Cormorant Garamond and Inter via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your browser connects to Google's servers, which transmits your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a fast and consistent visual presentation.

8. Maps and external content

No external maps, videos or social media widgets are currently embedded. Should this change, we will update this policy and, where required, request your prior consent.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

All communication between your browser and our server is encrypted (HTTPS / TLS).

Your data is not shared with third parties except for the processors named above (hosting, analytics) and lawfully obliged recipients (tax authorities, courts). Contracts in line with Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.

11. Storage period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purpose or required by law. It is then deleted or anonymised.
