1. Scope

These terms govern the rental of the apartments at La Vigneronne, located in Neffiès (34320, France), between Alexander & Caroline Grimm (host) and the guest.

2. Booking request

Requests are made through the online form. A confirmation email is sent. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount.

3. Payment

30% deposit at booking, balance due 4 weeks before arrival. Accepted methods: SEPA bank transfer, credit card, PayPal.

4. Cancellation

• More than 60 days before arrival: deposit refunded minus a €50 processing fee.
• 60 to 30 days before: 50% of the deposit retained.
• Less than 30 days: no refund.

5. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM. Any deviation must be agreed in advance.

6. Dogs

Two apartments (La Belétage and L'Heure Bleu) accept dogs, with a €75 surcharge per stay. Maximum one dog per apartment. Breed and size to be indicated when booking.

7. Security deposit

A €500 security deposit is collected on arrival and refunded after check-out following an inventory check.

8. Liability

The host is not liable for events outside their control (weather, network outages, etc.).

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Montpellier, France.
